Please, contact our tech support team for troubleshooting before requesting an RMA#. Please, package safety and put the RMA# on the box when shipping product back. Product damaged due to bad packing won’t be processed.
If your RMA Request Form is accepted, an RMA confirmation # will be sent via the e-mail or fax number provided above. The authorization will be valid for 30 days upon approval. No product other than stated above will be credited or accepted. No product may be returned without an original Invoice # or Purchase Order #. Advanced replacement items will be charged to the purchaser’s account. Upon approval, please promptly return product in original packaging with additional accessories to our address below within 30 days or your RMA will be considered VOID. All merchandise will be subject to our factory inspection. Upon inspection, a credit or replacement may be issued, as deemed necessary. Please note that all returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, depending on reason for return or upon a final factory inspection. If needed, a EMCOD Customer Service Representative will contact you for additional required information.
