The Power Monitor provides a safety solution for open conductive lighting systems. With Emcod's Power Monitor attached, the low voltage lighting system becomes the safest installation available.

How it works:
Emcod's Power Monitor gauges the current constantly, when a shortage occurs, the Power Monitor senses an increase of more than 25A and will shut down the electricity in less that 1 millisecond (as opposed to a thermal or magnetic breaker that will power cut after a few seconds)

• Meets and exceeds UL 2108 Standard affording the safest system on the market
• Highest level of protection against fire caused by electrical shortages
• Connects to the secondary output of the magnetic transformer
• Can be used with any incandescent dimmer. Expensive low voltage dimmers are not necessary
